ASH WEDNESDAY SERVICES and Lenten Series
Please join us for one of our Ash Wednesday Services on February 22 at either 10am or 7pm. There will the imposition of ashes and communion at both services.
Then beginning February 29th we will be offering, on Wednesdays during Lent starting at 6PM, an Adult Lenten Series: “Confession is Good for the Soul” .Please note the schedule . We will be having s soup and bread supper before beginning each evening. Feb. 29 - Confession: Why? (And maybe some when, where,what and how), March 7 - Confession keeps us humble, March 14 - Confession keeps us real, March 21 - Confession makes us new, March 28 - Confession helps us heal.

MAP move! and Annual Parish meeting
Jan.17, 2012: On January 28th several members of Good Shepherd including Fr. Tim and his son Joey will be participating with a move for the Moving Assistance Program (M.A.P.). If you are on the team please meet at the church no later than 8:30am on the 28th.
Please join us on Sunday, January 29 (after the 10am service) for our Annual Parish Meeting. Come and meet our new 2012 vestry members and our new church treasurer.We will be celebrating the Good News from 2011 with a catered lunch.

12/28/11 Please join us on January 1, 2012 as we celebrate The Most Holy Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ with two services. We will celebrate with Rite I at 8am. Then at 10am we will celebrate with Rite II.
Reminder: Our Sunday school will resume on January 8th at 10am.

A new Church year
We are coming up to the First Sunday of Advent. The kids will light the first Advent candle with special prayer at 10 o'clock. Following the liturgy, stay on to help decorate the church with evergreens and share lunch and fellowship.
