2nd Annual Chislic Feed- September 13th!
Mark your calendars! On Friday, September 13th from 5:30pm-8:30pm we will celebrate our 2nd annual Chislic Feed with our musical guests: Mogen’s Heroes. We’ll serve chislic, hotdogs and homemade desserts. We’ll have a bouncy house and face painting for the kids. Bring your lawn chair and join us for the evening! Taize Prayer
We now offer a weekly Taize service on Tuesdays at 6:30 in our side chapel.
Vacation Bible School starts June 3rd!
Vacation Bible School's "Wild Encounters" is coming Monday through Thursday, June 3-6! Times are 5:30-8 pm and the place is Pueblo de Dios/Augustana Lutheran Church, 235 N Prairie Ave. We continue to partner with 4 other churches to give our kids an enriching summer Bible School experience with about 80 kids attending. Good Shepherd and Calvary Cathedral will be in charge of providing a meal, volunteers, Bible lesson and craft on Monday, June 3.Call the church (332.1474) or stop in during office hours to register your child(ren) or grand(children).
A Journey Through the Gospel of Lent
2019 Lenten Study: Beginning March 13 from 6-7:30pm. Join us as we discuss the Gospel of the Week over a soup and bread supper starting promptly at 6pm. We will complete the evening with a Compline service in the style of the Monks of Taize.
